Meditation doesn’t have to feel intimidating or out of reach. In these sessions, I’ll guide you through simple, grounding techniques to help you create a personal practice that feels natural and sustainable. With this 60 minute session, you’ll learn how to weave meditation into your everyday life in a way that actually sticks. Whether you’re brand new or wanting to go deeper, this is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and build a ritual that supports you. You also have the option to add a mala for your practice. A mala is a strand of beads used in meditation to focus the mind and anchor intention. It can also be worn as a reminder to pause and return to yourself. Available in-person and virtual.
21-Day Guided Meditation Series
It takes just 21 days to begin rewiring the brain and forming new patterns. This guided series is designed to help you build, dedication, consistency, calm your nervous system, and discover the power of a daily ritual. Each 10-15 meditation is approachable, intentional, and easy to return to, no matter how busy life feels. By the end of the journey, you’ll have not only 21 meditations to revisit anytime, but also the foundation for a practice that can support you for life. Launching at the end of October.
